Marilyn Johnson’s hit book “Lives in Ruins”

MarilynJohns+LivesInRuinsCongrats to my friend and client Marilyn Johnson on her recent book, Lives in Ruins: Archaeologists and the Seductive Lure of Human Rubble (Harper), an Amazon Best Book of the Month, November 2014 and #1 bestseller in the Archaeology category on Amazon! She’s been getting great reviews and the book is selling like hotcakes.

Marilyn has had wonderful support for her book from her publisher, Harper, so didn’t need much help from me, but I did work on establishing her Wikipedia page and had quite a few surreal moments dealing with Wikipedia’s labyrinthine coding and rules. Does anyone else have any funny stories about working with Wikipedia? Please share! (And if you want to hear more from my recent experience, just ask.)

Find out more about Marilyn on Wikipedia or at her website.

And if you’ve ever been curious about the adventures and obstacles faced by real-life Indiana Joneses, then this globe-trotting book is for you!
